George Windsor Clive is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1985 and a Registered Valuer, and has been with the firm since 1987.
He is regarded as the foremost expert in the sector for the professional horseman, with a knowledge of the detailed requirements for each equestrian discipline. His expertise is not limited to the equestrian world, and he is used to dealing with high value clients, both rural and agricultural transactions. A French speaker, George has also been responsible for the firm's work in Normandy and Chantilly.

With a Master's in Real Estate and a decade of service in the Army, Tom brings a rare blend of discipline, professionalism, and strategic insight to Windsor Clive International. His deep-rooted passion for horses makes him uniquely attuned to the needs of the equestrian world.
An accomplished horseman, Tom is equally at home in racing yards, eventing stables, and polo grounds. His hands-on experience across disciplines gives him a nuanced understanding of the industry's demands and dynamics. He has a proven track record of successfully placing emerging riders and young trainers into yards that match their ambitions and potential.
Now serving as the first point of contact at Windsor Clive, Tom is dedicated to building lasting relationships and delivering tailored solutions for clients across the equestrian spectrum.

Sarah Norris
Office Manager, Advertising and Publicity
Sarah has been involved in the equestrian industry since leaving college (ND in Stud Management), mostly in the bloodstock industry working for agents, in breeding, mare and foal management and yearling preparation on some of the most prestigious UK studs, together with competition horses in USA and Australia. She brings to Windsor Clive experience gained in the Farm Management Department for Strutt & Parker, as a racing secretary and for 10 years as Stud Secretary at the late Sheikh Maktoum al Maktoum's Gainsborough Stud Ltd.
