Introduction

Planning Consent

Under the consent 15/12675/FUL, there is planning approval for a further, larger barn of around 710m². The consent for the building incorporates two one-bedroomed flats, each of around 600 ft².

The barn is likely to be able to house around 30 boxes plus feed and tack rooms, subject to the purchaser's requirements.

It is understood that this consent is part implemented.
