About Sackville House Stables

Thought to date from before 1760 and named after Lord Sackville, who owned it in 1860, the Yard has been recently renovated to the highest standard.  Sackville House is a Regency style listed house with a fan lighted front door between a pair of bay windows. With a back door to the yard and another from the Kitchen, the house has been renovated and updated and to a high standard.

The Training Yard

With 28 boxes and having been completely refurbished within the last 8 years, the training yard is well equipped with 3 smart offices, tack room, feed room and abundant storage in lofts over the stables. The proximity to the Warren Hill gallops dictates that the stabling will be in demand from potential users and may represent a useful income opportunity to a buyer of the house.

Bungalow

To the side of the yard is the bungalow; with kitchen, bath room and lounge/diner. At the rear of the bungalow there is a small area enclosed with the close board fencing, separating it from the training yard.
