The yard can be accessed from the main drive on Vicarage Road and from All Saints Road, giving it the scope to be used as a separate unit. Accessed via a large archway the first range of traditional boxes, totalling 14, are attractively formed in a ‘u’ shape, with three stores, tack room and mess room. On the first floor, extensive loft areas have planning permission (reference F/2009/0200/FUL) to provide further residential accommodation. Also within the yard is a new row of seven brick boxes and a hay store as well as a three bay open fronted barn with a horsebox garage and a Claydon horse walker within. The ‘Head Lad’s Cottage’ (available by separate negotiation) is in Nat Flatman Street and backs onto the Lower Yard. Contact the agents for further details.

Paddock The turn out paddock is a unique addition and rare for a yard in this central location. The paddock is large enough to allow for a further range of boxes to make a very sizeable training establishment.

Two Isolation Boxes Recently renovated with a concreted area surrounding and fenced off from the paddock, the two isolation boxes are at the far end of the paddock
