Location: Felstead Court is in Folly Road, a quiet lane with 3 other training yards, on the western side of Lambourn, within easy reach of the renowned gallops. The M4 is 6 miles away and trains to London From Didcot take 40 minutes. Heathrow Airport is 57 miles away. Every requirement for the racehorse trainer is nearby. The Lambourn gallops are on a par with the best in the country; there is an excellent veterinary hospital within a few hundred yards, horse transporters are in the village, farriers are in Upper Lambourn, and there is usually plenty of staff accommodation to rent in the village.

The Property: T The Training Yard is split into two traditional style yards: 25 loose boxes in a quadrangle of brick construction with tiled roofs and wide ventilation ridge. The central block has a storage barn, vets room, working tack room, automated watering system throughout and fodder storage.

There are 13 loose boxes in the second yard, Within the complex, there are extensive Offices, Owners' Room, Staff Canteen and Racing Tack Room, all recently refurbished with full separate facilities. Separate Staff W.C.
