THE GALLOPS
The renowned grass and all-weather gallops alongside Faringdon Road are immediately across the road from the yard and are perfect for the trainer of flat horses.
The three all weather gallops comprise 10 furlongs and 5 furlongs Polytrack the west of Faringdon Road and a mile woodchip to the east, known as Crowdown.
The exceptional grass gallops, again both sides of the Faringdon Road are both 9 furlongs long.
The gallop fees will be the same as those charged by Charlie Hills - currently £5.15 per day, charged by the horse.
THE LEASE TERMS

It is proposed to offer a commercial lease for 5 years with a mutual break clause operating after the 2 year point having given 6 months' prior notice.
The landlord will maintain the structures and the tenant keeping the stables in good condition. Muck removal will be tenant's responsibility.
The tenant will pay the for the services, the relevant proportion of the insurance premiums, the Business Rates and the Council Tax.
The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
The deposit will be 3 months' rent and personal guarantees will be required.
